This website is owned and operated by Adelaide Luxury & Prestige (ALP) Care Hire. The following Terms and Conditions govern the access to, and use of, ALP's website and services.

ALP asks all customers to read the following terms and conditions carefully before enquiring, making a deposit or final payment. Once you have engaged with our service, we will assume you have read our Terms and you will, therefore, be bound by them, at all times, without exception. 

Any reference to ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers, at all times, to Adelaide Luxury & Prestige (ALP). Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our customers and website visitors.

 

OUR SERVICE

Adelaide Luxury and Prestige is your premier destination for luxury car hire in Adelaide, South Australia. We specialise in providing exceptional vehicles that will elevate our customers' needs to get from A to B to new heights of elegance and style.

ALP welcomes everyone to use and enjoy our service/s. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse access to those that we deem as having misused our service in any way, in contravention of our Terms and Conditions or otherwise.

We retain the right to make amendments to our service, brand, products or prices, at any time without notice or consequence.

By booking, you confirm to us you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including Cancellation Policy, outlined on our website adelaideluxuryandprestige.com.au

Please know your personal details will always remain private. They will not be disclosed to a third party and only used to amongst our personnel to provide our exceptional service.

By enquiring and getting a Quote or going ahead with the booking we understand that you have read and accept the terms and conditions listed on the bottom of this page, including the cancellation policy.

 

CONDITIONS OF CAR HIRE

Vehicles are supplied for the transfer hired.

Vehicles can be booked as per specific requirements, call for details.

Wedding vehicles are generally supplied for a minimum of 4HOURS, wedding transfers can also be arranged, call for further details.

Overtime begins 20 minutes after your original booking time ends, and is $300 per car, per hour.

All Wedding bookings are to be finalised 1-2 weeks prior to the Wedding day.

All general hire bookings are to be finalised48 hours before the date of the event.

Credit card payments attract a surcharge of 10% plus additional card type surcharge (Visa &MasterCard 2%, AMEX3% & Diners 4.5%)

Every effort is made to provide the exact make & model ordered, but in the event of mechanical breakdown or accident the next best vehicle will be used.

For all bookings with a child under the age of 7, the client will need to provide an appropriate child restraint for the child/children.Please advise us when making a booking if this is applicable.

Please note that all wedding + general hire bookings are subject to the vehicle being able to have access to the itinerary provided to us. In the case where the vehicle is unable to access roads or a particular location/venue required, the driver will pull up as close as possible at his discretion, bearing in mind the clients safety the drivers safety and the safely of the vehicles.

All vehicles are non–smoking, and no alcohol is allowed inside the vehicles.

Intoxicated passengers will not be permitted to enter the vehicles.

Hirers are liable for all damages to the vehicle incurred by them or their party.14.If the vehicle is left in an excessively dirty condition that requires extraordinary cleaning or re-sanitation, the hirer is liable for the full cost of this cleaning or repair and any consequent loss of use of the vehicle.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Weddings
A 50%deposit will be incurred on all bookings, at time of booking. All deposits are NON refundable. Bookings cancelled within 12 months prior to the wedding date will be charged the full amount. Bookings cancelled outside of 12 months prior, will only be accepted with valid reasoning. Final payment will be taken 3 months prior to booking date.

General Hire
Bookings made more than 3 months in advance will be charged a 50% deposit, with final payment taken 1 month prior to booking date. Bookings made within 1 month of booking date will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of their deposit.
